Growth Track (meets quarterly)
Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to:
1. Connect to the church.
2. Discover the strengths of your purposeful design.
3. Develop your personal leadership and use your God – given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.
Refuge 101 – Become a Partner:
Explore the ministry of The Refuge Church and find out how to connect with our church. We call our “members” our “Partners” because members have rights, partners have responsibilities.
Refuge 201 – Discover Your Design:
Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry.
Refuge 301 – Develop Your Leadership:
Find out what it means to make a difference with The Refuge Church and connect to the opportunities available to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God – given gifts. Learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential. We believe that leadership means influence. While you may not feel as though you are called to leadership, we all have influence.
